Artist Management Contracts
The Artist Management Contracts from Giordano World Entertainment, LLC provide management companies and artists the security of knowing they are signing contracts that have been approved by legal counsel and used by several top management companies and artists. The contracts are to be used as guidelines of how previous contracts were used and should be modified to fit your individual needs.
There are three contracts to choose from:
- Management Agreement
- Touring Agreement
- Recording Contract

The Management Agreement is a legal and fair document between the Artist and Personal Management Company that provides both parties with straightforward documentation. It's very clear to persons reading the document and leaves no room for questions and therefore gives security to both parties. This contract is to be used as a guideline and should be modified to fit your agreement.

If you are a company that manages touring details for artists, or are an artist that wants to hire a Management Company to handle your touring details, and need a contract that you know will be legal and fair, order the Touring Agreement. The Touring Agreement outlines the term of the agreement between the Management Company and the Artist, what will expected from both the Artist and the Management Company, provides a warranty to the Artist and more. This contract is to be used as a guideline and should be modified to fit your agreement.

If you want to sign a recording artist or if you are an artist looking to be signed, order the Recording Contract. The Recording Contract is an agreement between the artist (and guardian of artist, if the artist is under legal age) and the recording label to ensure reasonable terms for both the artist and the recording label in the process of building, creating, selling and branding one's career. The contract will also list out the proper financial split between the two parties. This contract is to be used as a guideline and should be modified to fit your agreement.
