having a seating capacity of 390 persons to include a balcony and two bars. Our theatre and concept is very unique, being the first of its kind in the Motion Picture Industry.
“Showcasing Independent Short Films, Features and Documentaries”
“GIORDANO THEATRES” Is providing P&A and Theatrical Screens for the Independent Filmmakers, giving the Films an opportunity to have the potential to go Theatrical in the foreign and domestic markets, but first need to be “Showcased” and tested within a region that has a wide range of demographics concentrated within a city similar to Las Vegas.
“GIORDANO THEATRES” believes that this concept with our unique marketing plan can help promote Indy films by limiting the risk and expense that would normally be exposed to the Producers and studios.
Our process is very simple, just submit your film to “GIORDANO THEATRES” Along
with your one time submission fee, (Feature film and Documentary fees are $725.00), (Short films, lengths not to exceed 30 minutes, fees are $349). These fees include a minimum of two showings per week in the “GIORDANO THEATRE” fee includes all print and advertising to promote the films. (See below for details). Show ticket will go on sale to the public at our box office, or you can purchase ticket and see movie schedule online at www.GiordanoTheatres.com
Ticket price is $7.00 per showing, or $15.00 for day pass. (Group, Military and Senior
citizen discounts are available upon request).
A) The film will go into rotation and will continue to screen until audience participation and public support discontinue, or ticket sales decline.
B) The film will continue its rotation in “GIORDANO THEATRE” with no additional fee if film gets good reviews and ticket sales are steady. (30% of theater occupancy) At this time film will have an opportunity to increase viewing screens, (8 to 10) within the Las Vegas market, to include City of Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson and Green Valley. Boulder City and Lake of Las Vegas area is also an option depending on target audience.
C) After evaluating the Las Vegas markets, if successful “Giordano World Entertainment / “GIORDANO THEATRES” would repeat this process in the domestic market place, at this time Giordano World Entertainment would enter into a full Theatrical distribution licensing agreement with the film producers / studio.
The Las Vegas Hilton is located at 3000 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, Nevada. 89109 . The
Resort and Casino is connected to the Las Vegas Convention Center (3.2 million square
feet), Las Vegas had approximately 35 million visitors in 2008 most participating in
Convention and Shows.
The Las Vegas Hilton has approximately 3200 rooms plus Villas and Penthouses. Marketing for the movies and movie Premier will include 24 hour IN ROOM television advertising of the movie trailers. The resort and casino will advertise throughout the hotel with movie posters, websites, and monitors situated within the casino and common areas, restaurants and marquee. In addition we will advertise within the Las Vegas Market by newspaper, magazine, television, radio and local radio talk shows, cross promote within our stage shows and advertise with movie trailers on screen in our theater. Banner advertising and wrapping of our tour bus, (We also have Double Decker buses that pick up and drop off at our venue daily throughout the Las Vegas Strip).
We will work with the hotels and casino marketing departments to invite and COMP the
VIP customers to screen our films, attend our “meet and greet” premieres in the Hilton-
Manilow Showroom not to far from the “Giordano Theatre” having a seating capacity of
1635. (Depending on the film, “Giordano World Entertainment” will present a splashy Las Vegas red carpet premier for the movie), The stars of the movie with directors and the producers will participate in the "meet and greet".
Premiers in the “Hilton-Manilow Showroom” (The viewing portion of the screen is 24 feet high X 36 feet long with triple projection).
Daily screenings in the “Giordano Theatre” (The viewing portion of the screen is 12 feet
high X 18 feet long).
Film critics and Local media will be invited to review and write about each film, publishing their comments.
