Dear Friends and business associates:
In an effort to maintain the highest Degree of Ethical behavior that has been the foundation on which I have always operated, I find it necessary to disclose the unfortunate situation I found myself in, in my past.
Sometimes being an aggressive entrepreneur comes with a price, in my case the price was a 63 month sentence in Federal Prison. I have learned a life long lesson from this very painful experience. I have always strived to work with the highest ethical standards and have continued to do so since my release. I wish to express my sincere appreciation to my many business associates and friends for their continued support during that unfortunate time.
As always, even when I was absent, Giordano World Entertainment continued to operate and provide their unique services to the entertainment industry. Once again, I want to thank you for your support and understanding. Lastly, my sincere advice is to proceed in your life with abundance of caution, as it appears, in our times, even the most innocent of actions and the best intentions can be misinterpreted and distorted.
